* BREAKFAST
* Black Coffee or Tea (if required, with 1-2 packets of Sweet and Low or equivalent)
* 1/2 a Grapefruit or Juice
* 1 Slice of Toast with 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter
* LUNCH
* 1/2 a Cup of Tuna
* 1 Slice of Toast
* Black Coffee or Tea (if required, with 1-2 packets of Sweet and Low or equivalent)
* DINNER
* 3 Oz. any lean red meat or chicken
* 1 cup each of
o green beans
o carrots
o regular vanilla ice cream
* 1 apple
